This is my recreated painting. I made it on Microsoft Paint and edited it on Photoshop Elements.
Here is a slide show of Sonia Delaunay's artwork.

Sonia Delaunay

Sonia Delaunay was a jewish-french artist who cofounded the Orphism Art Movement.

She was the first living female artist to have a retrospective exhibition at the Louvre, and she also started the use of geometric abstraction in modern furniture and clothing.

Delaunay was born in 1885 and passed away in 1979 at the age of 94. By the time she passed away, Sonia Delaunay had painted many, many paintings and was very well known.

In 1911 she made a pathwork quilt spontaneusly and used geometry and color for it. This is considered to be the point where she moved away from perspective and naturalism in her art.

She also donated some of artwork to museums. For example, after World War II she painted 114 paintings and donated them to a museum in France.
